Fourth Grader Wins First Place in Brookhaven and State Science Fairs
At the Board of Education’s June 21 meeting, Ruth C. Kinney Elementary School fourth grader Emma Kowalik was recognized for winning first place in the 2023 Elementary School Science Fair, hosted by the U.S. Department of Energy’s Brookhaven National Laboratory on June 10.
