- Field Trip Approval Request Instructions
Field trips that require Board approval (over 100 miles away or overnight) must go on 2 Board meetings (pre-approval and approval), therefore, your request must be put into MLP at least 10 days prior to the first of the two Board meetings. Please see the district calendar under the Calendar tab for Board of Education Meeting dates. - Pre-Approval Checklist (required for trips requiring BOE approval)
