I hope you are all doing well. This is a tough time for all of us, but we will make it through this together!
I have added a couple of things that you might find helpful for this week's assignments. The gallery below will open up a highlighted copy of the 4 texts you will be using for the argument essay. You can save and open each image individually if the gallery is too small to be legible. Remember, we read the texts and highlight evidence that supports both sides of the argument. In this case we are highlighting evidence supporting that the internet has a negative impact on our thinking process AND the opposite, that the internet does not have a negative impact on our thinking process. The texts in the link have evidence highlighted for both sides of the argument. Below the gallery there should be a document viewer with a chart. If you can't see it use the link to download it. You can use this to separate the evidence by the side of the argument it supports. Copy the highlighted quotes into the chart on the side they belong on. After doing this you should be able to choose the side you wish to argue for in your essay. This is your first step.
I will post help for the next steps tomorrow.
